Hello, my name is John and I'm trying to build a buy/sell shop for League of Legends after season 2. Any ELO would do at this point as long as it has a decent number of champions (preferably irelia, jarvan, jax, nocturne, annie, rammus, amumu, etc.) To be honest I just want a decent variety to choose from in order to bring the account's ELO for season 2, and sell it later on. I would also love to have decent rune books to play with and not have to spend months trying to put some together. Willing to pay a decent amount for a good account, I will go first in most conditions. Any skins, RP, high IP would be great because it would help me later on, but they're not necessities.
