"Ban Evasion"

I recently came back to RS after not playing for 5 years, and my old Sythe account is banned "HelloGoodbye" for offenses committed on Fagex.net (I was OMM and fucked over 1337 Macro) but anyways the ban some how was given to me on here also even though it was in no way connected to Sythe, and I was afk on Sythe at the time. Anyways came back and plan on getting into the mills business and I just got banned for ban evasion, which is true because my other account is banned. So what im wondering is if we can unban HelloGoodbye so I can use him, my original account from like 5 years ago. Like I said no offenses where ever/will ever be committed on Sythe.org, only reason im banned is for what I did on an entirely separate website. If im not mistaken the person who originally banned me was both a mod on fagex and sythe at the time.
