Few questions about account selling

It has been a while since i've dealt with Runescape accounts and just yesterday i learned that in order to create a new account you are pretty much forced to make it through Jagex launcher and "Legacy" logins are no longer possible to make.

So my first question is if i was to purchase one of these accounts with no set email that are not tied to the Jagex launcher at all, would these be recoverable by the person selling? like if i add my own email and swap all details but still keeping it a legacy account, is there a risk that i oneday might not have access to it anymore if they decide to take it back, specifically if my email is the first one ever set to the account.

And my second question is about selling a Jagex account, is there specific steps i should take to make sure that i can sell the Jagex account such as making sure that i use an email address that i can provide full access to the person purchasing the account from me, i don't want there to be like email verification stuff when a buyer tries to log in to the account, or can i possibly use some email that i don't have to give the buyer full access to?

And last question, i hear that there are price differences between Legacy and Jagex logins, is there a estimated percentage or amount that gets reduced from the accounts value if it is a Jagex account instead of Legacy?

Not sure about the Jagex Account, but I purchased some legacy accounts awhile back and a few locked me out before i recovered them with the details provided due to location. I havent had any of the Legacy accounts I've purchased been recovered just a few complications due to not running a VPN. They want everyone to use the Jagex Launcher so any change in location could prompt the account being locked till recovery questions are answered.

 

Legacy accounts are typically regarded as worth more due to being unable to create them anymore, and due to them being a bit easier to transfer ownership. Both types of accounts are still never fully safe / guaranteed when being sold and the biggest contributing factor is the person selling them.
