Scammed for an 07 account

Hey, 3 days ago I purchased a 2k total osrs main from osrs machines he told me he was the real owner of the account I paid 7142m for this account it's around 160 usd per 1bill so close to 1k usd woke up this morning the account has gone after he promised me he was the legitimate owner of the account, I messaged him only to be told he thinks I've sold the account and [FYI no refund]

As soon as I mentioned it to him, he became pretty toxic and claimed I had sold the account. Why would I spend 7B (around $1,000 USD) on an account just to sell it? People with high reputations are currently trying to sell similar accounts. I paid more for a high-end game account from someone I thought was trustworthy.

He's still insisting that he's the original owner. If that's true, then he's scamming people by selling accounts and later recovering them. And if he's not the original owner, then the person he got the account from is the scammer. Either way, he's adamant that he owns the account.

Regardless of who the real owner is, the account is now gone from my email, the password has been changed, and he told me he'll submit an appeal. But that's not good enough. I don't want an account that’s already causing issues — it's barely been three days. I paid a huge amount hoping to avoid these kinds of problems.

 

First this customer mentioned me that hes using big gambling sites to make money and from my side gamblers always try to do anything when they lose to get money back.
so the scenario i could say happend is he bought the account from gambling money like he mentioned, 2 days later he lost his money and trying to cause anything to get a refund.
i'v been selling many accounts never had an issue.
there's many scenarios but the one i mentioned is the most that could be happend and his way talking straight away shooting he just want a refund makes me say yeah he used the account in his good gambling times, then he got bored or lost all his money and trying to get money to gamble again.
or he re-sold it to someone else or anything idk.

first he came with u interested in a cheap max pure? looks like he lost all his money then tried to sell one of his accs " didnt work "
then another try " the acc is recovered"
i hope sythe staff can see it obvious hes trying to get the money back as a gambler addict





all he want is just getting his money back makes it clear for me

 

Yes, i do alot of gambling on alot of verius slots and what not - does not change the fact i bought an account that i no longer have - you claim you're the real owner so recover the account, offer some help? but instead you're posting he's a gambler?? the name of the account login says it all, it's not your account you've sold an account you dont own, You dont seem like an elsa.

 

also i would like to mention that he posted account login in report thread publicly so all the risks is on him now as the account doesnt belong to me anyways from time he bought it
also i have a long history of selling accounts with no issues and alot can proof that, years of selling no issues at all

 

You've already told me you've sent an appeal, How can u say all risks is on him, you've basically just admited you're recovering it well so u claim Imgur: The magic of the Internet

i don't just need my money back, i said it because i dont want to spend alot on an account for the owner or the accounts real owner to recover it every few days i bought the account to own not rent, and your instant go too is (FYI IM NOT REFUND) and your only explanation is 'he gambles' it's not relevant what i do with my money, i bought the account didn't get any terms of service from you, the moment i traded you u went afk for an hour left me waiting while u sold my payment before you'd give me the account, Provided literally zero information on the account like recovery information, yes i want a refund i've just spent 1k on an account that has been recovered and your only explanation is 'he gambles' like that gives you a right to scam people

heres the time between giving me gp and sending you links, around 20 mins idk where did you get 1h+ from

 

it's not even about gambling and its certainly not about 'rsgp' you're using any excuse you can to not privide support here. But we'll go over the facts, i paid 7b for an account i no longer have, 3 days of use and it's been recovered.. i messaged you and your instant response was 'you've sold the account, fyi i no refund!' Then you post 'hes a gambler', So? i paid you infull for that account 7b and some change, to be exact 7142m it's not like it was in small amounts.. it was 2 payments 5b then 2142m it's all in your ticket - i didnt get any TOS all you told me was you're the account original owner but the login is ELSA.. and after all of that your only line of defending it is 'you must have sell the account' No dude i bought the account to play and max if you post ur ticket that you recently closed due to this.. you'd see me asking multiple questions about this account, like boosting services because i had big plans on maxing the account and pvming, End game content etc..

 

also im not giving the right about anything, it just seems obvious to me when offering me a cheap maxed pure for sale (looks like you need money)
then 2 hours later coming with the acc you bought is recovered
so it sounds like the first option didnt work (selling the pure)
so you went with the 2nd option (main got recovered)
its just my opinion with much respect to you
could be other people who read this opinion too

 

Okay and where in that chat did u post the TOS, From my understanding you was going to warrenty this account since you are 'so you claim' the original owner and no one would ever take it.

 

there's no scammer at all who say i'd follow sythe decision, if they say refund i will refund (Sadly) cause it will be totaly unfair
im with sythe in any decision
so its just matter of time to wait on wat staff say and i will be following
i have a big name in the business so scaming people aint belongs to me

 

Not at all, i don't need money i offered you the max pure for 1 of 3 reasons, 1 being i don't use it, 2 being you 'sell accounts all the time' and 3 it's just sitting there collecting dust - i have literally everything from our trade recorded - And that was before i realised you recovered the account you've sold me.

 

Moral of the story is you have my money i paid for this account, i dont have the account you've already told me you've sent an appeal that i posted above on the screenshot - you have ur payment and i have nothing and your only reasononing is posting screenshots that provide literally no relevance to anything on this account trade.

never said i cant recover it cause if i said that it means im not the OO then

do you even think what you're typing? or do you just type it randomly and in ur head it makes sense? how would i sell an account i paid 1k for and turn a profit in under 3 days of owning it? with no reputation in terms of selling accounts? And no you're out of ur mind obviously i dont want the account since it's been recovered 3 days into owning the account - whats to say i play it for a year after this? max cape the account get alot of money on the account only to be back here because you've recovered it (again) you're the only person who claims can recover it.. so you say, And it's been recovered so all trust for you is long gone, i came to ur discord i was super friendly spoke to all your staff members bought the most expensive account on ur page and got a terrible service that you recovered a few days later..

 

Why would i pay so much for an account that i really wanted and still do want, not to mention it has 1.7b on the account that came with the account because i paid extra to keep the bank on the account only to recover it.. i'm not short on money - i can prove that. but yeah i dont want an account that i feel is unsafe at this point it randomly got recovered, whats to say it wont happen again
