Hi Sythe, It's Scuba Steve and I am looking to buy a Divine or Elysian Spirit shield.

I have a limit on how much I will spend, but that will not be disclosed.

I am ONLY paying by Western Union and Moneygram. Western Union is more preferred as it is a 5 minute drive from my house.

I want to buy the item itself. Not the mills. I don't have enough room for the money and I only have one account.

I am willing to verify anything and everything with you to conduct a safe trade.
