i wouldnt even bother coming the the uk buddy unless you like rain! 24/7, i like appox 25mins from london. waste of 1.4k to 2k if u ask me.

 

I am not that into RS to go to something like that lol.

 

lol i was watching videos on youtube from last year. people made paper hats. skill capes lmfaoo. never would i go to that

 

I don't see the point in going to make fun of them any ways. They are there to enjoy themselves and acting like a 9 year old by making fun of them makes you lower than them. Like other posts have said last year it wasn't all kids but was like 90% composed of people over 18. If I had friends who played and we all lived within 20 mins, Heck I would show up dressed up so I could laugh about it later.

OT: I'm not going as there's no way I could make it.

People are saying it's nerdfest and stuff.. these people are the ones getting off their computers to go and have a good time with people that have the same intrests as them. I reckon it would be fun to go to lol.

I really don't see the problem with this. I've been to 2 LANS in the UK, and you would assume it's full of nerds, but they really aren't. Alot of the people i met at LAN were 18+, and just used it as a weekend for gaming and getting pissed. I understand runefest is different, but i still see no problem with it.

To all the people who keep runescape a secret...grow some fucking balls and grow up. It's a game, you enjoy it, if you get made fun of it for it they aren't real friends.

As for RuneFest, I would love to go if I lived in the UK, it certainly would be interesting to experience it first hand instead of watching pieces in a video. Should host a Sythe convention somewhere xD

 

I would not go. Sure, I enjoy runescape to some extent, but I am not like super into it. I bot it because I am too lazy to play.

Its a room full of ners i only play rs to bot so if i would go i shoudl say to them Botting got me an almost maxed acc with 2300 total XD i want to see their face if i show it to them

 

I live sort of near London, and it would definitely be an experience, however it is quite expensive and it would be quite.. awkward, I would imagine.
