About time for a new signature

I am looking to have a new signature made for me. I honestly do not really plan on adding people and telling them a bunch of things that I am looking for because preferably I would like to have a few options, in case I didn't like the one that someone was working on.

I will pay 2-3$ Paypal, I would consider converting it to RSGP at like 4.5m max.

The reason I am looking to pay so cheap and ideally have you guys post some options here is because I am looking for something very simple to be done. My only specifications are as follows:

No bigger than 620 x 210 pixels.

Only text on it will be "Scottay" not scottayy please. A nice but simple nice text effect on "Scottay", nothing too much going on with it. Easy to read against the background.

Background image I would preferably want something very calm and scenic. (ex. sunsets, water, landscapes, desert, tundra, mountains, something cool) However I'd prefer it be a unique picture not really something you would find on your first google search of sunset. (example of things I like, http://blogs.reuters.com/fullfocus/2010/08/19/iceland-fire-and-ice/) I don't want it to be too nature oriented like some picture on inside a forest or a leaf or something. Just something you wouldn't see as often.

A lighting or simple effect on the background image.

Possibly a 1-2 pixel black border around the whole thing to make it look a little tidier.

Don't want to have a whole lot at all going on, just a very calm signature. Not really any color preference as long as it looks good with the background image and not something hard to see.

As you can see it is pretty simple instructions, things that you people can usually do in just a couple of minutes. So I would appreciate it if some people would try to help me out . I will pick my favorite one.

Also the background image should be really calm with not a ton going on. By lighting effects I meant just color changes not like a star lighting thing.

Also I just provided that gallery as an example of things I liked. Feel free to go outside of that and find better and more interesting pictures. Not a fan as much as the dark lightning ones, I want it to be a calm pictures.

There ^^^^^^ It's a little bigger than you requested, but was necessary for the full scene. 621x280. It can easily be resized a little smaller, if you would prefer as well.

 

I will be using my current one for the time being. In the future I will have a new one made. This is good for now though.

 

I'm confused... He said he wanted "tranquil landscaping" and got a picture of a chick with a spraypaint border... and that is what he uses
