VPSes for botting - Talk about them here!

From what I have read, it seems PhotonVPS is one of the best VPS out there. That is where I will be buying mine. Their Xen warp 2 is under $30 and will be able to run about 2 bots

I tried once and it kept failing say it didnt have the succifient memory or something along those lines.

 

I've bought a VPS at volumedrive.com , 2 gigs ram for $8/mo, first few days bot kept crashing etc, now it's running flawlessly, it didn't even relog for 12 hrs at LRC (full world)

 

As far as I remember, no.

Looking for a VPS that could handle around 6 and more bots at a time.

I'd say get seerhost bronze or photon vps warp 2. 1gig is enough for 1 sw
Both VPS'es are very stable, but I'd prefer warp 2.

 

I am having trouble setting up a VPS I bought from PhotonVPS. I am using this guide - http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=977316

I got all the way to the part under step 4 that says "Close the box. You can now execute the install file. Double click it, and choose “Linux GTK 32bit” as your Operating System (unless you're using 64-bit... then use “Linux GTK 64bit&#8221 and click Install"
However, When I double click it, nothing happens. I followed all previous steps, but this isn't working for me. Please pm me so we can talk about my issues. Thanks

 

When you click install? Go back to where you changed the Xmx100 and take it out, I was having the same problem where it wouldn't open to install, soon as I removed the Xmx100 is opened right up.

 

Anyone could tell me if BotVPS is any good?
Because I saw one of their VPS service is 20+ RSBuddy bots and it's interesting me.
If it's not good, someone know another website where a VPS can support 8+ bots?

Now I can load the bot, but it cant load runescape all the way. It usually stops at 5 (8)%. Once I tried unsigned and it got to 96 then stopped

 

Hey guys I got a PhotonVPS, which I use for botting. So basicly my RSBuddy client froze, which I think is causing me to use more RAM and it gives me more lagg. I can't close it by pressing the x, I've waited and tried again several times but it's 100% frozen. Is there anyway to force it to shut?

EDIT: Or maybe a way to close one of the workspace's in the pager? I've tried to find it on the internet but I couldn't.

 

I got mine completely working now.

EDIT - Okay. Well I was having trouble closing the bot on the VPS (I did get it running), so I clicked the power button icon thing on the bottom of the screen and clicked log out. Now I don't know how to log back in. Please help. Lol. PM me if you know how to fix this
