Saint of Sins; Requesting TWC/Temp ban

Discussed this with Farcast on MSN, he recommended that I file a TWC request.

Briefly explain the trade: I personally paid a large amount of RSGP for my dungeoneering to be levelled from 81 - 87, and several others (below) paid for similar amounts. None of the orders have been completed, or even attempted, within the time limit of a week.

How they scammed: Not completing order (at all), refusing to respond via PM on sythe, either not appearing online via MSN or blocking myself + others.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: I have screenies on my other computer, not sure how relevant this section is anyway.

Summary:

Saint of Sins refuses to respond to PM's. He is active on sythe, as he was online today and commented on several people thread's showing interest in purchasing items. I would like a refund myself, and I'm sure others would agree. For the moment, I am requesting a temporary ban or TWC be applied until he explains himself and/or refunds all users, as the fact that he is actively still trying to purchase items implies that he wishes to scam.
