I have read through this thread and you seem to be dancing around the issue of legality, and for the sake of curiosity and interest - What is the legality of this method? Does it involve trickery, social engineering, fraudulent means to obtain the item?

 

i'll respond to this by saying worst case scenario of using this method is being blacklisted by apple AFTER having recieved your iPhone.

the blacklisting simply doesn't allow your name to be used for buying apple products online and there is also a method on making this situation completely obsolete outlined in the guide.

 

So therefore it is not legal? I dont think your allowed to sell illegal means of obtaining a (rather expensive) item on sythe.

If you get blacklisted that means you must have to do something that requires dubious methods, and I am pretty sure that isn't allowed. Especially if you are including work arounds, which is fraud.
