ice blitz would be better, the attack is delayed. barrage lets them know in advance

 

I would suggest you an obsidian mauler. 1 attack 99 str 1 def 1 prayer. around level 52 with 99 strength. Also train ranged/magic to the level that you don't level up anymore.

 

IMO i would get 40 def, 99 range, 99 str,80 attk, 90+ hp 52 pray, and use MSB to chaotic maul = win

I'm making my account like this but maxed out.

Staying 60 attack would be an option, but the loot is very bad at that level, so you'd probably prefer 1 def chaotic pure for good loots.

-60 attack turm fails, for the most part. Cmaul+korasi+gs+rapier with smite > turm at 60 attack-

personally in the 84-90 combat range, rune rangers own it up:
50-60 attack
89-99 strength (depending on attack level)
42 defence
99 range
94 magic
44/74 pray

^acts as a great low level tank, as you can handcannon and rune cbow in full rune quite easily, as 99 range + rigour/eagle will easily hit through 45 defence. Also, lower constitution lets it act as a void rusher, which if you do well, is great cash.

for pures/low hybrids:
60/88
1 defence
45/52 pray
99 range/mage


low level brids are the most fun, nowadays these brid fights (popular at green drags) almost always include protection pray

for fun: low lv hybrid
cash: rune ranger (least expensive, at lower levels much higher chance to smite out low pray pures, and hc rushing = free claws)
the 80 attack turm accounts are simply amazing, rare to get smites, but they rape, like always
