What do you do before you go to bed?

Eat a Banana/Apple, get a glass of water, take a shower. Turn on alarm(s). Make the bed. Sleep in bed.

 

I have a routine:

Take a shower, brush my teeth, make my bed, turn on the AC, check for texts/missed calls, set my alarm, and then go to sleep while thinking about numerous things.

 

brush my teeth, check my phone, plug it in to charge, watch netflix till i pass out

 

Depends really. I don't really go to bed when usual people do, but I can tell you my nightly routine.

If I'm staying home for the night:

around 9pm-10pm I brush my teeth, put on clothes for that night, basically just get ready for the night.

from then I watch tv, get on my computer, etc from then until about midnight

At around midnight or so I usually get on skype and video chat with friends/girlfriend.

I'm usually on Skype until about 5 or 6am when the sun starts coming up and then i get into bed and go to sleep until about 2 or 3pm when I wake up again.

 

I also have to have a long hard think before I sleep, otherwise it just keeps me awake. I'm pretty sure my insomnia's coming back, currently 1:32 AM And I'm not tired at all.

 

Smoke a joint or a few snaps, have a cig, then go watch a tv show or part of a movie in my bed.

 

I usually just brush my teeth and listen to the radio for a bit.

 

i live with my girlfriend so mostly sex then sleep straight after haha. Just got WoW again though so ive been playing that til late while she studies >.>

 

At around 8:00-9:00 PM, I'll have a bowl of fruit . Until about 10:30/12:00 I'll stay on the computer, watch a movie, etc. When it's time to go to bed, I text, and listen to music.. but I leave my TV on because I have a hard time fallin asleep with it off :s

 

What I do before I go to bed is entirely incongruous, and sporadic.

Sometimes I may brush my teeth etc, before jumping into bed while watching some TV.

Othertimes, I'll jump straight into bed when I get home.

Depends what you mean when go to bed; do you mean cover yourself with bed sheets, or relatively before you sleep? I do numerous other things for both...

 

It varies I usually end up playing an MMO or minecraft for a period of time, take a shower and then brush my teeth and either go to bed there, or play some xbox then go to bed ^_^

 

1) Brush teeth
2) Piss
3) Turn on 4-9 bots
4) Get my h/w or whatever in my backpack and leave it by the door
5) Charge my phone
6) Listen to music with headphones
7) Play some cod with no sound ( 1-2 matches )
8) Lay in bed and think about today and what I must do tommorow

Well, when my girlfriends not here, I do pretty much the same thing. But she's been home for the summer so I don't really do much of the jacking off part.

I hang out on the computer.
Brush my teeth
Check my TapFish (game on my phone)
smoke a couple bowls and have a cigarette while listening to my iPod outside, in the dark, at like 3 AM.
Go inside and lay down next to my woman. Then fall asleep when I'm done playing with my phone.

I just talk to people on FB or BBM until I sleep that is usually past 2AM EVERY NIGHT

 

I have a whole series of "rituals" that I do before I go to bed. I'd list them here, but they're borderline crazy.
