    I now have his exact work adress/phone number.
    He's a Plumber for 'The Generals Countryside Plumbing Service LLC'
    How do I spin this in a good way? (=

    Just fill it out. Give all the info you can. Then as soon as it says "paypal are reviewing this claim", you gotta wait 10 days. No matter how many times you ring up. I'm dealing with one currently D:

    Just had my first charge back.
    Sorry to hear about your loss man, when I had my first and only one (Charge backed for $6.00, lol) he won within like a matter of 10 minutes and I didn't even get chance to give my side to PayPal so now I only use PayPal for eBay. Best of luck with the claim though!
