Requesting ban/TWC on 'bsbear'

first of all : I did not trade this person, I've been simply watching him because I've deemed him a scammer.

story: he was trying to sell me a rare league of legends skin (pax jax) he refused to go first to me, so I had no problem with that, but it seemed a little odd someone with 1 vouch and 09 join date not willing to go first OR use an mm to someone with 07 join date and $5k of vouches, so I wasn't bothered BUT I was looking on the official League of Legends forums a little bit after, and saw him posting of selling rare skins there as well, and by the feedback of the people posting in the thread, he scammed them.

compare the MSN's, that is him, and on page 2 there is conformation of him scamming.

please throw him a ban or at least a TWC, I don't want people to be scammed by him over sythe, thanks

please do something about this little boy scamming people over the internet, and I know he scammed someone off of sythe, but hes trying to do the same thing to people on sythe now, and I don't want any innocent people on sythe being taken advantage of by a manipulative talker.
