Paypal question

Can someone please tell me can a paypal gift payment charge back? Like the payment is sent with paypal balance or bank fund, also do i need to ask them to do a file dispute?

 

Payments sent as gift can't be disputed, but the option of filing unauthorized claim is still available. Many scammers nowaday make paypal payments via VPS/VPN or at Internet cafes or a friends house. Pretty much if someone ends you a payment from anywhere other then their normal IP address, they're 99% guaranteed to win the unauthorized claim.

If you're looking to sell accounts/RSGP via paypal, I highly suggest you do it via playerauctions. They do slap you with fee's, but you're guaranteed to keep the money you receive. I myself have dished out hundreds of dollars in PA fee's, but the peace of mind you gain from knowing that the money is safely in your hands is priceless.

I think you have the option to file another one even if it's cancelled.
