Staff Feedback

My exams have taken their toll, and I only have one more left. After Monday, I should be back to full activity (even more than before because I'm finally done with school)!

 

Yeah exams have been getting to everyone lately, glad to hear it is just that you will be back to high activity like before soon though. Good luck with the exams.

 

Your attitude won't get you very far, but either way I suspended him until he contacts an administrator to explain his absence.

 

Huh, i didn't really see an attitude lol, but i do agree with him, sacro needs to be a bit more active.

Ordering staff members to conduct themselves differently isn't appropriate. Either way, the feedback he posted has been noted and dealt with.

 

Finn - You're a great guy, and a terrific Admin. I enjoy talking with you on MSN from time to time, and I particularly admire your increased activity in the dispute forum. Keep it up!

Verts - Your recent inactivity has since been corrected, and you're back to your normal posting/administrating habits. Its nice to see you around again and keep up the good work!

Finn- Ever since the big mixup with you like a month or so ago, i've seen a lot of improvement. Great job man.

 

I'm sorry I offended you, but I saw no disrespect or attitude in that post, and none was meant. I was giving feedback on an inactive staff member, and suggested he raise his activity. I did not mean to assume a position of one who can order staff to increase their activity, but rather meant to make a suggestion to him and his superiors because it isn't fair that mods like RSProd work hours a day modding and keeping the market clean while Sacro hadn't modded for a month. Maybe you misread my tone, maybe you didn't, but I usually try to stick well clear of having any attitude, especially when critiquing others. I'll try to express my opinions more politely next time.

Finn-Since I last gave feedback to you, ive noticed huge improvements regarding (and apparent elimination of) your minor flaws in your previous treatment of less educated users. You recently have been acting with much professionalism while avoiding any pretension. Keep up the efforts and great work as a staff and community member otherwise.

 

Agreed, Finn has done a good job of not stooping to the level of his antagonists recently, and there have been alot of them. Shows maturity beyond his age.

 

CSkiffingt1 - Doing great - Been doing reports and my xbox section requests were helped out in minutes. Also has some weird friends on xbox...
Farcast - Talk to you sometimes. You're doing really well, I see that avatar pic everywhere. It's nice to see you still posting in rs2general even as mod.
Pokemoners - Been doing a good job.

Sengira - You don't talk to me anymore We talked for awhile a lot, but recently I've personally not seen you as active.
RsProd - Blocked user is blocked. Nonetheless - you've been doing good, keep it up!
Wulfspade1 - Doing GREAT as the new OT mod. Hope your stay is long lived - nice to see you around. You're super nice and super helpful!


Clashfan - Pretty active and does some reports.
Dalpra - Not active in the sections that I browse, so I can't really comment.
FireZ - IMO a phenomenal global. Does his job perfectly and without halter in any sense. Rarely makes a mistake but never fails to admit and correct the ones that slip though. You use your hammer well, and should be a great admin someday.
Giddy - I haven't seen you around as much personally, and to be honest I wasn't sure you were still mod. It's probably a sectional thing.
Karl - You're pretty nice to me and talked to me on IRC. That was helpful - thanks for your insight. You're pretty active and helpful.
n4n0 - Doing a great job when you're sober.
Nick - Doing awesome! Good luck at basic, buddy!
Plznate - Nate's doing great. Drops some hammers as well, and a nice person to see chillin around the forums. I don't talk to you much, but I've heard plenty of stories. I hear you're in tight with muh nigguh Matt, so that's all I need to know you're a great dude.


Finn - I really wish you'd give me a second chance. I know that you see right through the obvious flaws in my personality - but i wish you'd take the time to see that I'm really trying to correct them.
Matthew - Does great with the donations.
SMR - Actually reads his pm's. Holy shit. Active and helpful, thanks!
Sythe - Never had a single personal conversation or even quoted in a post by you, so there's nothing that I can say. I'm not just gonna suck up and thank you for the site, but you're obviously doing something right - I love this place.
Verts - Girlmod. Don't deal with you much, and I'm pretty sure that you find me a nuisance. I've seen your picture posts and you're really open && I like that. I hope you'll be around, I like your opinions and hope you'll continue to be active.

Spam report beast by far, your promotion was months overdue imo. Also glad to see you have started diving into a few scam reports here and there.

Nice OT choice here, learning the ropes pretty quickly.



Clashfan -
Clash, activity lately has seen a nice boost. Backs me up in the dispute forum whenever I need it. I like having another very old sythe veteran still around

Always been doing a fine job, would like to see a month like the one before you were promoted to global though.

Great job with donations. Every post you make in staf lounge i very good and consistent. Your moderation style doesn't allow people to see how much you really do.

Ever since you became an admin again you have been pushing new ideas and concepts that have turned out well. One of our most intelligent users tbh.

FireZ - Great job with scammer reports man. Answers almost every report I put in, in a timely matter

 

I can't say I've looked at every post, but the majority of FireZ' responses I've seen in the Dispute section are very unprofessional.

 

Mildly fair point. When someone disputes 9 times they sometimes need to just be told, harshly. Will review my responses within the past week and see what percentage are sub-par.

Also I have never been one to give out easy sympathy. And when they lie it leaves them wide open....


EDIT - If your talking about ticky for example, he has been denied about 5 times and doesn't seem to understand so I spelled it out for him, literally.

 

Imagine hearing the same shit day after day and having the real proof infront of you an hearing them lie to your face (via internets), also sythe needs to be harsh on clowns, otherwise scammers see weakness and start trying to take advantage. The only other Mods/admins i see taking a firm stance with backed up proof in the "dispute forum" are Finn, n4n0 and plz.. coray an karl occasionally make a stand.

OT : FireZ your a beast amoung beasts, but to the rest of the staff i have noticed a patchy lists of Karl, Corey, RsProd, PokemonRs an Seng doing my "Report a spammer" topics ! Keep it up !
