Shooter_x is a scammer (video proof)

This kid sent me a message saying that he would buy one of my rs2 bug guides for sale.

Then I told him to add my skype. He replied with his.

I added him on runescape and skype.
I told him to say on camera that he was going to pay the fee (20m) for the verbal guide. and he did:

Then I proceeded to tell him, how to do it:

The kid then ended the call on skype and logged out of rs.
Please would someone deal with this guy?
