Best way to bot 70-85 str f2p

i have 50 att 70 str 1 def 1 prayer. I pretty much just want to know what script to use. and what you have used/recommend.

 

At 1 def you probably won't be getting much more than a 15k xp/hr at your best spot in f2p. I would recommend just staying with minotaurs. I did that all the way to 99.

 

Try getting autofighterpro? I'm not sure what you would train on though.

 

One def is really limiting, but like stated before, minotaurs are probabaly your best bet, though almost anything on that floor of the stronghold is decent.

Alot of different oprions best are spiders
but with your one defence i wud perfer if you do soilders in fally might be more easier for you.

Flesh crawlers would be good.

 

Perfect Fighter is a must for combat training.

As for where, I'm not going to give you all of my spots, but one I use is Al'Kharid warriors, works very well and is next to a bank.

Spiders are good for combat training. Their in the stronghold of security.

 

Get Autofighter Pro.

Can run for days perfectly.

You will get an average of 25k an hour at minotaurs with 40+/75+ att/str
