I was supposed to MM an upgrade trade and didn't know whether I could post this on his report so I decided to make my own report against him seeing as he has no proof of handing over RSGP to the other member.

This member should have been permanently banned. Although he was banned for self vouching he shouldn't have been able to return without a TWC.
