I can sell up to 50M by Playerauctions they accept paypal, credit cards, moneybookers. There is no chance to get scammed because the site plays the role of a mm. Of course there are fees but i pay them. So if you're interested pm me.

 

I've checked out that website - But I don't have a Paypal account, and my Moneybookers does not currrently have balance in it however I have uploaded some which will take a few days. But you cannot pay via Credit card?
