I've averaged out to being 82.6k experience. it does cost maybe 50k/hour but it is well worth it. my friend who introduced me to this method went from 90-99 strength in a week. i have personally used this method and its absolutely incredible.

it is p2p only, the only combat requirment is 43 prayer. everything is included in the guide.
