    I am .liverpool. and i am really shocked to see i am perm?

    I use a wii fy network from my house laptop, IDK how many people know the pass.( cause the old owners of this house might have old it).

    The IP is same for all people in the area using it, I am really sorry? but is it a state? where i have to be punished?
