Just got cleannnnnnnnnnned !

I log on this morning and my level 3 skiller is at a different location. With the bank cleaned of all wealth. Its weird because the password wasn't changed and no cb skills were trained to piss me off. My account was completely secure so idk how someone would've got my password especially because it contained many numbers and letters.

Any idea's how my they could've gotten my password? I was thinking powerbot..

Well i dont enter my details in a phising site because I dont even play runescape through the internet. I play through the RsBot client or Swiftkit.

Im guessing itsp powerbot because I have heard some stories like mine before.


Any other opinions ?

I think it was PowerBot, or maybe you got keylogged.

Nope because I didn't know anything was wrong so i signed in straight away and I saw everything was gone...

 

change your password, you should have not put your info into Powerbot as much stories that are told here saying they hack.

 

By this, he means MalwareBytes Anti-Malware.

Infected computer or powerbot, definitely one of those.
If malwarebytes ends up clean after a full scan, you can be 99% sure it was powerbot.

 

That's unlucky for you, I think it was powerbot if you saved your password there. To rebuild your bank, just start botting again

 

Did you use any powerbot scripts that you had to compile? Alot of the user made scripts steal passwords always check the threads on them to make sure they are legit.Its not powerbot that is stealing stuff its the scripts people make for it.

 

Powerbot's a bit dodgby, especially if you've used one of Arbiter's scripts!

 

If you didn't have a bank pin your account wasn't secure.

It's either powerbot or keylogger. Good luck finding the cause, and use RSbuddy next time, it is much better and trusted.

Hopefully its a keylogger (no offence). If it's powerbot a lot of people are going to be screwed over soon.
