Remove this sticky

Runescape updated, and you can't remove your recoveries like this anymore.

You can still manually change them. Takes 2 weeks, but maybe the sticky should be edited such that it reflects the current methods of changing recoveries rather than simply deleting it.

 

Support, especially since people still link other users to that thread and it probably shows up during most google searches for this question.

I agree with post #2 and #4. Just post a more up-to-date version? Anyway, support for something to be done with it ^_^

 

Support the updating of the sticky instead.

People want to get rid off the recoveries from their account(s) to make the buyer feel safer about the transaction. But with JaGex's system updated, I've heard people all over saying that they can't figure out how to remove it. Personally, I don't know how to either as I've never tried the new one. Well, I did, but I have my e-mail registered so it makes you follow different steps.

If anyone knows a way, then let us know so that someone can add it.

 

This. The sticky should just be updated instead of removed, since removal of recoveries is still an important part in the Account sale process.

There used to be a few of them, I just report them as "No longer works" and they get deleted/removed.
