This is, surprisingly, to my belief the only one that I've made sober.

Raise the User Image pixel limitations.
As a graphic designer, It's very hard to work with 240x40. Those dimensions really don't allow much editing, effects, etc.

Honestly, they donated $200+. This shouldn't be that much to ask.

As another point, I've seen some users with images that CLEARLY do not fall within these permissions and are not moderators.

I'm suggesting somewhere around 300x50. If not this much, just a little increase will always help.

I hate the non-clarification and/or non subordinate rules.
All rules should be set and followed in all specific cases.

Saying "support" is considered spam you fools


It would be nice, because like you've said. It seems like there are a few people who have over the "rule" in dimensions.
They should either enforce the rule, or make the allowance bigger.

 

Support, I mean $200 is a lot of money and you should get a decent UI.

However in saying that, making it bigger only really helps the GFX person who is making the image...

 

Would have been nice if your title had some relevance to the suggestion, although it is not that important. I personally do not support this. I see no problem with the current size, not to mention they already provide a little leniency when it comes to sizes. I took a picture to show you how much space your recommended size would take up :



As you can see, it would over take the rank and even if it was smaller in width it is still giant. Although it is expanded it would still be taking up a giant amount of space. Judging by everyone that have Username Images right now I see no problem with the sizes, they look completely proportionate. It would make the forum look unorganized if we were to allow even bigger ones.

I see no problem with the current size, considering that every UI that I see looks fine which leads me to believe nobody is having any problems working with the current space.

 

Ehh, Im both ways on this. I currently don't see a problem with the current rules. Everyone makes it work. On the other hand, If you donate 200$ to sythe, i guess 50pixels both way isnt... toooo much

 

Ahh but sire, my avatar is below the maximum, so it would extend your image upwards.
&& I'm just looking for consistency. My customers are wondering why so-and-so has a huge-ass-UI but i can't create theirs that big.
