Virus Help

Hey, easy to say. I got a virus that is labeled Vista Security 2012. I have no idea how to get rid of it or how I got it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

It's a fake virus protection program - do a system restore to like a week ago or before you got it.

 

^ and get a malware remover, a few free ones out there.

 

suggest to make a back-up, worked for me when i had similar virus "shreder"

 

Rogue antivirus, can be disabled in autoruns and then run anti malwarebytes.
If you still have a problem with it I can teamviewer you.

 

Try malwarebytes then get kaspersky - I have never gotten any viruses since the day I got kaspersky over 2 years ago.
