Also, how can you buy & sell for a cheaper price for example one game, when you're 13 years old from UK and don't have a CC (own) legitimately ? Some example:

CoD: Black Ops. If American open the page, he will see $59.99. If a UK citizen open it, like you, he or she will see £39.99. If a guy from Europe open it, the man will see 59,99€.

$59.99 = £36.79 = 41,41€;
£39.99 = $65.21 = 45,01€;
59,99€ = £53.30 = $86.90.

So if you buy the game with your own legit money (not stolen / phished) for £39.99 ($65.21) and gift it to someone from America, you should ask him a price higher than $65.21 for some profit, isn't it ?
