Does anyone know of any free bots that work or even ones that you have to pay for and work well?

 

I recommend using RSBuddy, I use it all the time. It's great. Other free bots would be EpicBot, and PowerBot. Don't use PowerBot though. It isn't that safe.

rsbuddy.com is the best free bot, although it has had a lot of downtime lately. The best sites for paid scripts (that are amazing) are rsbotting.com, carbonbots.com, oembots.com, and rsbots.net (rsbots.net is a reseller and mostly everything is overpriced.)

 

get vip on rsbuddy, it's 5 dollars a month and the bots you get access to with it are worth it.

 

Rsbuddy or Power [ But power is with risk]

 

Honestly, Powerbot really is not that bad. There is always a risk of being hacked, no matter which bot you use, since you're putting your login information into the client (except possibly NeXus, since they are a profiting business). Even though there are more reports of Powerbot hacks, it's a risk no matter which bot you use.

I have used both free bot clients (Buddy and Power), and, aside from the "hacking" claims, RSBuddy still seems to be the better client. Their system of adding scripts is instantaneous, and their bots are generally better scripted.
RSBuddy has been down almost the whole week, so, if you can form your botting schedule around their uptime, it really is the best choice.

 

My experience with rsbuddy has been that of broken api, difficulty scripting, broken scripts, and downtime. i would love rsbuddy if it just worked, and it was possible to make a script for it without working around broken api.

I use powerbot and write my own scripts. never a ban, never a hack. but i havent been using it for more than a few months.

 

There are many clients which you can download in order to get access to tons of free/paid bots. The two clients I have are rsbuddy and powerbot. I have used powerbot up until about a week ago, the scripts are alright and as long as your smart about checking the script/ waiting for people to verify its good you won't get hacked. RSBuddy on the other hand is all verified scripts I believe where you can download the bots straight to your client with little to no effort. There are of course bots that will do what you want on both sites and some may run a bit faster than another, but overall i would recommend rsbuddy for you as you are probably unfamiliar with scripting/ can't proof read a script to make sure its legit.

RSBuddy is good for free scripts and iDungeon Pro which is a paid script. RSBots.net has most of the good scripts (most can be found being sold cheaper on other sites) but if you do plan to buy any make sure to check the respective forum before you do because some scripts are bad/not updated regularly.

There's only 3 VIP bots from what I can see (Prayer, Sorc Garden and Frost Dragon) and they don't seem to be that useful. Definitely not worth $5/month when you could buy 1 script for 10-20 and it'd still work out cheaper if you plan to use a bot long-term.

Nexus client for paid. I'd recommend the Rsbots.net forums for help, but buy your bots from OEMBots.com, they're the same, just cheaper.

 

But that risk is nearly eliminated with RSBuddy, because it is a profiting business like neXus. PowerBot, on the other hand, was responsible for the mass hacking back in February, which really isn't a good indication of its security. Ignoring that incident, which probably isn't a deliberate action by the owners of PowerBot, I think both clients are equally safe to use. If paranoia strikes, then just use either client without putting your account details in them.

However, this downtime is only temporary, and they will certainly have no other issue as big as this one.

 

Fuck powerbot dont risk it, the bots on RsBuddy are better anyways an most are free.Since iDungPro went to Rsbuddy i have no need to PB at all thank god! If you want to pay for anybots rsbots.net are the best IMO but they are over priced.

RSBuddy for the win
Had some down times in the past few days because they updated a lot of stuff to make it faster.

Definitively trusted, paid bots are awesome so are free ones.
They're also having VIP bots, which you have to pay 5$/Month to get access to them but it's worth it.

Rsbuddy is a very good free bot. I've always used paid and just started using rsbuddy and it's really good.
