I Just Got Scammed ! :@

I just got scammed $23.50
And now the guys chargebacked 3 payments
please help me guys im new to this ;(
it was on Paypal i got his msn and his paypal email and name too.
please guys!

 

Sorry man im afraid theres nothing you can do about charge backs :L

if you got proofs of the trade pics , video whatever give it to a mod get him banned here you can prolly get his ip if maybe.... and track him down lol

 

Let him always sent with option payment owed. Most of time you'll be safe with that.

 

really. the only way to stop chargebacks... is dont deal with paypal.... if you think i dont know wat im talking about... i have a -800 balance. fuck paypal. playerauctions all the way.

In this particular case you won't get the money back. For future trades don't use paypal, all it's going to do is cause you grief with chargebacks limitations, moneybookers and western union are much more user friendly for virtual goods.

Not much you can do as what we do here on sythe isnt really "legal" so the only way to avoid another charge back is use Playerauctions or only use paypal with trusted members im afraid :L

 

report him as a fraudster ask paypal to forward all screenshots you produce to local authorities, tell paypal to call the bank - link them to the transactions on sythe expecially the vouches and submit a note explanining the trade and admit it was virtual goods and tell paypal they are the victims of his fraud.
