    completely respect your rules and understand your need to investigate. However, I was extremely busy during that period, and this didn't allow me to focus sufficiently on the complex questions you posed, especially with the language barrier and my reliance on translation.

    When you asked me about the last time I was on the account, it was difficult for me to answer immediately. I work on many different accounts and requests daily, and I couldn't recall the specific details of that account without checking my records and going through the associated tickets. I wasn't given enough time to gather this information and organize my response clearly.

    I never intended to evade, but I genuinely didn't fully understand the question or the required context to answer correctly at that moment. All I was asking for was some time..."

    "Everything was documented in the tickets. Since I started working on the server, I viewed us as one team, assisting each other. I would occasionally inquire about discounts or even price tickets myself, because I genuinely treated the server as a collaborative team where we all complement one another. My intention was never to break the rules; everything was done openly on the server."

    • The worker terms of service that was agreed to by @Muhammad 6services prior to his employment in your server.
    • The terms of service that @Jeyce agreed to prior to having his account serviced by your server.

    Hey there of course!

    i would also like to add there has been further tampering from said user in question (we found out while keeping it "private" before the report) where user has reached out to customers privately trying to get work as well + has done it in the past with people such as @Primal who has said we can use this image below along side ours -

    - this was received once this report was placed up, of course still as such being under contract with us for that 30 day period cooldown which would then further show he is playing around with the terms of his contract

    - primals post regarding the same person, as i say we have tried to keep this relatively private until he made the report, and since got attacked by @Lucky Charm while others who he works for were/are happy to assist with any questions we may have at the given time to help our investigation to find out what happened/could have happened despite the obvious elephant in the room with the no-changing info

    as for the customer TOS, that is as such shown below, we wasn't actually aware he was given the customers pin (as i think he was doing CG if we recall correctly, which requires no pin) so once we was informed after and the given time we wasn't too sure where it stands as it could be hearsay but could also be true, and as such as i mentioned in my first actual post in page #1 we was investigating for said reason

    each customer has to !agree which i can find the ticket transcript and send you it on discord if you need full confirmation of it to confirm

    I would also like to add @Zulu we are still in touch with the customer ( @Jeyce ) and he has been nothing but helpful with trying to present information and being understanding of why we wanted to check into things before the way it ended as of now

    - we have kept it simple for both sides because we know it's hit and miss due to the duration of the info not being changed, but at the same time with the wording given from both OP and the way things had been handled we did sort of feel more the need to side with the customer which isn't always the case with servers and as such we have spoken about the outcome of compensation with him and came to an agreement if it is sided with him

    @Dbuffed, are you able to provide some more evidence in regard to the @Muhammad 6services' employment terms of service being agreed to?

    The screenshots provided above are cropped with no date on the terms of service, so I would need more than what is provided here to uphold these terms.

    There were two main concerns in this report so I will address them each below.


    1. Missing wealth on a customer's account (@Jeyce)
    • It is stated in [Section Rules] Old School RuneScape Skill Training to change your password after your account is serviced, to which @Jeyce admits to not having done so for a period of 2 months after the service was completed.
    • There were some allegations above by @Dbuffed and another worker that @Muhammad 6services had admitted to scamming but this seems to be taken out of context from the discord conversation between @Muhammad 6services and @Jeyce as there is a bit of a language barrier.
    • It is not possible for staff to determine if anyone else had access to the account in the two month period after the service was completed, who removed the wealth, or how much wealth was on the account.
    • For the reasons above, @Dbuffed / @Muhammad 6services can not be held liable for the missing wealth with the evidence that has been provided thus far for the report.

    2. @Muhammad 6services' deposit
    • @Muhammad 6services agreed to the worker Terms of Service that state deposit refunds are held for 30 days before being refunded.
    • @Muhammad 6services was terminated and removed from the server on June 1st, 2025, so he would be eligible to receive his deposit refund on July 1st, 2025, per the agreed upon Terms of Service. I think this is fair to uphold given that @Muhammad 6services agreed to these terms and there have been multiple allegations against him so the 30 day period can be upheld in case any additional evidence comes to light.
    • @Dbuffed, I would like to note here that your Terms of Service that state a worker's deposit is forfeited if they are removed/fired from the service will not be upheld here without additional evidence provided. There has been no evidence provided that @Muhammad 6services caused any monetary damages to the business and deposits were never meant for profit, so the deposit will need to be returned on July 1st, 2025.


    With the above in mind I am going to close this report as none of the parties involved are in violation of any rules at this time.

    @Dbuffed should you have additional evidence of @Muhammad 6services involvement in scamming that would potentially warrant the deposit being withheld, please make your own report or issue the refund of the deposit on July 1st, 2025.

    @Muhammad 6services if you have not received your refund by the end of day on July 1st, 2025 you can make a new report and we will go from there.
