ask an unban for the same ip with different account

i am xiaoxie
i see recently you banned some ppl like me
can i ask if we can got unbanned
coz the same ip and different account this issue cannot been controled by us
coz we work in the same company
we donot want to start new account with vpn too , coz we are honest too
some of us is legit 100% and never scame anyone
i want to know ifyou can let our one account get unbanned
allow us one accunt is ok for me
