    When should i trade buyer the mils? Right after payment verified? But what if i traded mils to buyer, and they don't confirmed full delivery.

    You should video the trade. If the buyer doesn't confirm (or dispute) delivery within 3 days PA assumes it was delivered successfully. If they say you didn't deliver, and you provide a video of you trading the gold to the username they specified on PA, you win the dispute.

    You can also take screenshot of 2nd trade screen and one right after trade is complete and says "Accepted trade." in game chat.
