    "I provided an OSRS service to a client, [dbuffed/Zenaix], two months ago. Today, this client falsely accused me of account hijacking after two months of the service, claiming a loss of 800 million in-game currency. Upon inquiring with the client's account manager, no evidence was found to implicate me. What's more, the client, [Zenaix], was inconsistent in his demands, first mentioning $100 then demanding 800 million, clearly indicating he is a suspicious individual attempting to scam me. Furthermore, the entity I worked with, [Company/dbuffed], has terminated my employment and kicked me from their server without prior notice, and withheld a 500 million in-game currency (500m) deposit from me based on these false accusations, proving the existence of a fraudulent conspiracy against me."

    He was warned he would be removed while we figure things out but has not, will ask the other user in question to respond here too

    “I will fix this problem” was not an admission of guilt or fraud, but rather

    "I'll fix this problem" wasn't an admission of guilt or fraud, it was...

    Trying to understand the nature of the problem: You weren't available and didn't immediately know the details.

    Intent to help or solve the problem: You were willing to help if something went wrong, even if it wasn't your fault.

    Later discovering you lied: You later discovered the client contradicted himself ($100 million, then $800 million), confirming his lie.

    This point (that you were trying to understand the situation and help, not admit guilt)

    First of all i’m the victim who got scammed 800m.
    I ordered a service from Dbuffed for leveling 80 attack and defence. Since this was done perfectly without any issues everything was fine. I went the day after on a bussiness trip for a month of 2. Meanwhile i didnt change my password and bankpin which i usually had to do. There were no services used before this guy and after this guy. Beside him no one ever had access to my account WITH the bankpin. After this all i logged in to my account and i found it ripped off. The bank is completely robbed while the bankpin was STILL ACTIVE. I pmed Dbuffed about this to warn him and also this kiddo about this all.

    After all of this i told him that i’ll report him on Sythe and on all other servers about him and he didn’t care at all. The most funny thing about him was replying back to me with: “ Don’t worry i was going to do it untill i got my deposit back”. I didn’t ask Dbuffed to care about my loss and to get my money back. I’ve got all the proof of the chats i can share. Btw he blocked me aswell on discord.

    right there we go i have 2 minutes to spare

    so where to do we start...

    - To begin with, this IS NOT about his deposit and "randomly withholding it" like he claims lol, quite the opposite.. we have had multiple incidents with said worker, that in fact include both trying to price orders himself (despite us having a guideline price* of which he can accept/decline) and trying to also collect payments both without our permission or with the appropriate rank (you need to be management to take payments*) of which has happened a few times and was warned about it each time in the appropriate manner

    that's just a bit of backstory, since i don't know why he is showing the last screenshot regarding his payments with Colton one of our ticket staff lol..

    today it was reported to @Runehero that a bank had got wiped from one of our more recent customers with Moe of which he messaged me and started to investigate, we got the basic information from the customer (who i have also asked to post here) and after some time tried to get in touch also with Moe so we could figure out what has happened or to determine the best outcome at least

    - in this time, customer did report to us that he had not changed his bank pin or password due to being busy in real life, which happens but is his responsibility obviously to secure his account after a service is done (which he did say he had previously always done)

    we went over the other ticket information/people that he had ordered with within our group of staff/workers and it would seem Moe was the only person who actually had his bank pin at any given time (+ also access until today/earlier it would seem) of which customer had reached out mentioning this and we had to look into

    not only this, but the account was also levelled to 80 attack/defense (not sure what was previous) and from there we started our process of figuring out our end what happened as it's kind of hearsay at this moment in time, despite the obvious handful of incidents we previously had this wasn't something to suspect more something that doesn't make sense to begin with

    we did find out he works for @Lucky Charm as well (i have nothing against people working elsewhere, just like to know in case of stuff like this) so i have reached out to his management team to find out more as well

    for us we tried to at least get his side of the story before going this path, of which he again was not helpful and instead led to him being removed from the service for the time being as he wishes to not help and instead avoid any and all questions/responsibility

    i will again question some stuff that he posted himself, despite saying it's not an admit of guilt -

    why would you need to be given 2 days to fix the issue? if it's not an issue you caused... i assume this is regarding refunding the customer

    - as of right now we have reason to believe on top of said issues mentioned above he has in fact scammed said user

    and again not quite sure what he is on about here, but he is tired of the discussion, a discussion of which we also pretty much got the same response to when trying to engage in trying to resolve the issue which ultimately led to him being removed at least for the time being until we know more

    - we are not sure if there is any other damage to our customers, or other servers customers at this point either, which is a concern for us and other servers alike because this guy works in many places

    pictures below although they have his chat deleted so it looks like i'm half talking to myself, you will get the idea yourselves we did try be more than reasonable, and of course make sure he wasn't also giving out information to any sub-workers so we could try build a better picture of what could have happened and how to deal with it accordingly

    as you can see we tried to understand things in a better manner since although the customer is partly to blame, we have to still investigate these said issues

    - i have a feeling he would of been on a tight rope if this was investigated appropriately with his help (of which he wasn't at all helpful) and would still appreciate him addressing the questions if he could via contacting me on discord, as he is still able to reach out to me via my other discord or my main one with the answers to said questions that he kept trying to avoid

    - the reference of the copy/paste was something that looked like it was from chatGPT or from a third party that he had spoke to and had typed out a few responses for him to use (he literally copy/pasted 2 different sentences/answers similar to the size of my texts above in the space of ~5 seconds)

    there are many many inconsistancies to his response(s) or lack of, and the avoiding of trying to help us figure out if the customer is at least lying to try get some free funds of which he has said otherwise and as such has given us the impression of him either being the responsibility for scamming (although customer should have changed pass* it would be out of our hands at this point) or that a third party was involved who isn't him and he is just denying it to try get out of trouble

    as you can see there was several things he missed out regarding the information on the situation and it isn't like he was "just banned" as i say

    25 minutes or so of trying to talk to him and trying to figure out what was the actual outcome, of which he decided he wanted to play no part in and just wanted to be "stress free" (as per his words that got deleted by accident)

    Highlight his admission of Jeyce's liability: Use DBUFFED's admission that Jeyce did not alter his information and that it was his responsibility as strong evidence.
    Reaffirm the Zenaix/Jeyce financial discrepancy: Again, mention how the claims changed from $100 to $800 million

    anything is up for question regarding what you have said as of now,

    whilst yes it's the customers responsibility to secure their account especially in such amounts of time like the current one in question, on the other hand you would expect those who do said work in this field to be mature enough and overall decent human beings and not steal stuff from others

    edit - also since he seems to think we was working together in order to somehow "scam his deposit via fraud" what a joke...

    My boy you’re a mastermind. This case is about you did a service for me at the time and my bankvalue was 800m which you shared before and after the service. Since then no one logged and the bank is empty now. Seems like you don’t even know what’s this all about. I did mention 100$ as value of that 800m you dumbass. I keep myself responsible for my loss because i didnt change my password. Neither do i care about the loss, but noway i’ll let you walk away with that.

    However, your subsequent insinuation that I am not 'mature enough' or that I 'steal stuff from others' is a baseless and defamatory accusation without a shred of evidence. I have repeatedly stated that my service was completed professionally, and I had no involvement in any alleged compromise that occurred two months after my service, especially given Jeyce's admitted negligence in securing his own account credentials.

    As I previously demonstrated, the client (Zenaix/Jeyce) himself exhibited highly suspicious and inconsistent behavior, making contradictory demands of '$100' then '800 million,' which further casts doubt on the legitimacy of their claims.

    I urge the moderators to focus on the concrete evidence and the acknowledged facts: my service was completed, there was a significant time gap, the client failed to secure his account (as you yourself confirmed), and the demands against me are inconsistent and unsupported by any proof linking me to the alleged theft. The burden of proof for these serious accusations of theft lies squarely with those making them, not with me.

    i'm glad you finally worked out how to use chatGPT but still remains besides the point. I'm not going to debate further and instead wait for the staff to see what i have seen so far so we can act accordingly - after this incident or the handful of others of which you was given warnings over we had grounds to terminate you but the term "benefit of the doubt" applied as we don't like to just throw people out like a bad trash

    it isn't baseless deformation however, there was a claim of which we have to by ruling look into because of the possibility regardless of how big or small it cannot be turned away, but good job trying to play out that we should

    so to help you and hopefully you can use chatgpt for this too in order to translate into a better form of text for you to understand -

    - customer claimed something of which we are required to investigate
    - you did nothing to help with that investigation despite it being you in the questioning seat, instead you declined to help/answer anything as shown above and avoid it as much as possible

    concrete evidence mentioning - it isn't really concrete beyond although the lack of changing information, that you very possibly could have hacked him but at the same time he could also be lying, but then that leaves the question of WHY would either party need to lie? - this is why we investigate claims, and act accordingly

    none the less, like everyone else yourself included apparently i'm a busy person so unless there is something besides the randomly generated chatgpt spew that i have to read then i'll leave this as that, as there is more than enough to confirm what i have said and shown so far


    Edit - thank you to Chez (our ticket staff) who sent me this while we are looking over more stuff including the mention of Colton (makes no sense for him to show a comment about Colt)

    one of the times we bought up the clear tos issue he seemed to like to play around in the deep end with

    One more thing i want to add to this case.

    There is no reason for me to lie and accuse you for such thing.

    1. I didn’t get to Dbuffed with this situation to claim a refund. That’s not my point.

    2. Why would i act like im scammed and move to Dbuffed while i’m not asking them to cover my loss? Makes no sense.

    3. If someone else had access to my account with the password then still how did they manage to get into my bank without the pin? If that was the case they would have removed the pin.

    4. I don’t even know you, why would i cause you trouble out of nowhere?

    5. Again as i mentioned, i dont care about the gp that’s lost and i don’t need any gp back, but i won’t let you walk away with that since i know 1000000% you were the only one who knew the bankpin.
    Thats all i want to add.

    In addition to what I mentioned above, I have direct and conclusive evidence demonstrating that the client (Zenaix) is attempting to blackmail and defraud me. This conversation (include a screenshot or clearly indicate it) shows him demanding $800 million from me and explicitly threatening to damage my reputation and destroy my deposits on other servers if I don't pay him. This clearly proves that the client is the one trying to defraud me, not the other way around.

    Zenaix is attempting to manipulate the conversation and the situation by:

    Demanding an amount of "800 million," which may seem huge at first glance (800 million), while in reality, as you explained, its actual value in US dollars is only about $160 in the context of OSRS. This verbal amplification may be an attempt to give greater weight to his threat.
    Threatening to smear his reputation and withdraw deposits from other servers, which demonstrates a clear attempt to exert pressure and extort money, rather than resolve the dispute.
