Expired botting offense

I tried searching the site and couldn't find an answer so I think this question is worthy of a thread.

If an account has a botting offense that is expired (no effect on the pillar, grayed out) from 3 years ago, if it were to get another botting offense, would it be an instant major, or would it still be eligible to just receive a minor?

Any anecdotes/predictions on this?

This means it's expired. It will have no effect on your account. The only way your account will be effected is if you acquire a new botting offence.

You'll probably get a Major, Jagex doesn't forget about those things so your account is probably flagged

 

I hope so! Was in the middle of two year break at the time when the offense showed up so I don't even know what's up with that.

I kinda doubt I'm flagged because I've botted over 40m xp on the account since this and nothing has happened.

Cuz it hasn't been caught yet (and will hopefully stay that way). I was wondering what would happen if it were to be caught.

It is my main, but like 4th in terms of wealth so not a huge deal if it goes.
