I've decided to come back to Runescape after being Inactive for over 2 years!

I've lost my account and so i'm looking to buy another

Requirements:

Combat lvl 130+
Total level 1950+ (Preferably 2100+)
Quest - Just all of the main quest, I'm not even sure about what quest's there are now after being inactive for so long.
Items:Maybe some good starting up Equipment, I may be able to buy 40M~, Depending on how much the account cost.

Payment: I can pay any number of different ways, Just let me know what you have, (Paypal), (MB), (WU), So on...

I WILL NOT GO FIRST. Unless you are an OMM, VERY trusted, or if I agree. I've used sythe for many years, and been playing runescape for 10 Years or so, I am impossible to scamm, So don't waste your time.

I'm definatly wanting to use a Middleman, We can split fee's 50/50. Sounds fair to me.

I've been in-active for over 2 years (As I said), being so, I haven't been able to recover my old Sythe account, to be honest I don't even know what my username was lol.
