Briefly explain the trade: I wanted 3 quests (Lunar Diplomacy, Shiloh Village, and Jungle Potion) for 7 mil. I paid for them.

How they scammed:He never started after several hours. I was wondering what was going on, so i contacted him. After a while, he said he had to go to his girlfriend's house or something. I waited longer. Soon, he came back. I told him to start the quests, he said he had family things to do. After that, he came back. I told him to start, and he blocked me. I logged onto another one of my MSNs, and added him, and it showed that he was online. I talked to him, and then told him that I was [email protected], and I wanted my quests to be started. Then, he said he's not starting them, and then blocked me.
