    Its not sold for the account, its sold for the name which is just transferred off. Its like selling gold in the accounts section, its just there to be transferred.

    If it is infact a "account" should not the rules of posting pics of stats black marks ect need to be posted ?

    Support. People aren't buying the account for it's stats, wealth, quests, etc. They are buying it solely for the name therefore it should receive it's own section.
