Account recovery?

I'm trying to recover my account after being hacked.

They put recoveries on it, and I was sending in password recovs to try and get rid of the recovery questions.

Eventually, I got this:

You have been temporarily blocked from using this service
We have reason to believe that there may have been a fraudulent appeal attempt made from this IP address. Only attempt to appeal accounts that you personally own.



Anyone know how long I have to wait?

You'll just have to wait for Jagex to review it

 

That happened to me before, It happened because I did multiple appeals, the next day I was able to use an appeal again.
