    My g9x mouse has a macro feature which enables bassicly an auto clicker instead of left clicking..
    could jagex detect this? because it's not actually a 3rd party cheat program to rs?

    A lot of people consider any form of auto clicking to be an instant ban. Considering how many quality free alching scripts are out there, I wouldn't risk using an auto clicker.

    yeh... all i bassicly do is hold down mouse 4 and it clicks, when i let go it stops.

    aren't most autoclicking bans from people reporting? or can jagex detect it?

    I autoclicked 99 mage on two accounts with no ban. I think you'd be fine as long as you solve all randoms, avoid reports, and keep game time reasonable.
