Take a look at the sticky, you're not supposed to ask for java related problems here,

However, make sure you have Java installed, http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

Alternatively, you should ideally remove the old versions of Java (before every update as well) and reinstall. I've heard this can be quite troublesome.

Here is how to remove it:
    http://www.java.com/en/download/uninstall.jsp

If the problem pursues let it be known, I know one last thing that it could might be but isn't worth mentioning if that fixes it.

Are you sure you properly removed them? Don't be lazy and just install over them.

This shouldn't have an affect on all of your java related tasks, but your java environment variables might also be wrong. Try checking your bots website for details on how to correct

If this doesn't work, well then you better take a look at a clean format as I'm pretty certain it's just a case of it not being installed properly.
