Looking for GFX guy/video editor

Looking for a GFX guy who can make a video for me. should be very simple for someone who knows what they're doing.

Basically dots on a map going to my datacenter, with a flow of traffic on the dots. Dots should increase everytime the bpm on the audio im using plays.

I have a rough draft already for an idea i want, it just needs improved.
