Email / Recoveries

I'm trying to sell all of my accounts off now that I quit RS. Luckily, most of them didn't have email/recoveries to begin with, but my main still does, and I really want to sell him. I can't find any up to date methods to getting the info off.

I've tried removing the email, it apparently worked but the email thing still says "Registered" when I log in. What's up with that? When I try to log in on my email preferences it says I don't have a registered email. :S

I tried removing the recoveries by the old fashioned recovering method, no luck.

I had the same problem. Everyone I ask says to change the recoveries, then cancel pending ones.

Give it a try.

 

its not working tryed yesturday also got same problem my acc was hacked and hacher added his email and i can change it now...

 

There is nothing you can do, to remove the recoveries.

Unless you post in the Account Help section on RSOF, and telling you were hacked and want your recoveries reset.
Also by posting on the "Hijacked?" thread they have.

 

Too scared to do that honestly. Knowing Jagex they'd say I wasn't the original owner, even though I am.
