scammer report here!

hello, I was scammed in the rs gold section. here is a link to the section

NOTE: Please check the youtube video out too, it shows more of a detail then the pictures, the pictures are taken from the video.












and I have uploaded a youtube video, I take a video of all my trades to add as either a vouch or scam report however the trade turns out, the trade was for $11 for 17mill I informed him several times about the recording so he was aware I was recording him.


NOTE: The video is set to 2x speed to make it sum down a lot smaller, so you might need to pause some areas to read it, and you will notice glitchings through out it, that is when I was checking runescape or paypal real fast to see if i received it.

the person I am claiming to have scammed me is "Nickelodeon" without the quotes.
