Does anyone use the Virtual Exchange on Marketwatch?

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone here uses vse.marketwatch.com and if anyone would like to run a game for a couple of us on sythe. For people that are wondering what the Virtual Exchange on Marketwatch is, it's a Virtual Stock Exchange where you can play against others and buy virtual stocks with virtual money (Money is originally set by the game starter). By the end of a certain period of time, whoever has received the most money from virtual stocks that they have sold or brought wins the game . It's free to sign up and if anyone is interested in a game, post here.

Use updown.com instead. You can create your own contest easily anytime and have sythe members join. Best part of it is that you can win REAL money through their monthly contest (1st - $500, 2nd - $100, 3-10th -$50) though the likely hood of wining is very small, their are over 4k active people in the contest. I already won a bit over $100 a few yrs ago for achieving 3rd (they reduced the prize, cheap bastards), though i stopped playing cuz it got boring.

 

I'll give that a go and check out the similarities and differences .

 

I thought Magic Arrow made one of these?

 

Ohh I sent a PM to Sythe with this idea before I saw this thread. Anyway, simulator.investopedia.com is a much better site for these stock "leagues". Hopefully we can get a game started between users.

how long term would the games be, im interested in playing also. Depending on how much sign up fee's.

 

There have been a few marketwatch comps this year that never picked up for some reason, unlike a comp a 2 years ago which was highly active :$

I'd like to be apart of this i've always wanted to learn about stock/currancey exchange so i'm sure this would be a good place to start
