Hi, I'm posting a high pardon because a dispute for the reason I am banned would just be denied.

I am not surprised that I am banned, I know there are a few things that would lead you to believe I am ban evading, but I'd like to make my side clear.

I completely understand that there are 2 accounts, one of them previously banned, on my IP address. You've probably heard this 100 thousand times, but this is my brother.

First of all, I'd like you to look at the creation IP's (and further) of my account and his. Up until somewhere around Early-Mid 2009, I'm not 100% sure when, the IP's should show that we were in 2 totally different locations. Reason being is because he is 6 years older than me, and lives on his own. I was living with my parents, more than 1000km apart, up until I went through some parenting troubles, and moved in with him. That's when the IP's started to show the same.

    The rule:
In my opinion should not apply. If you do some digging, you'll see that we did a trade once. We were in 2 totally different locations at the time, and the IP's will show this. It was a legitimate trade, but after finding out that it was against the rules to vouch for someone you know, I immediately disregarded it as a valid vouch. If you check my Torso thread (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=690621), where I store all of my vouches, you can clearly see that I do not even use the vouch for my benefit.

    I also believe that:
Falls underneath the same reasoning, because all the way until my parenting issues, we were not on the same IP. I'm not entirely sure if I had moved in with him by the time he had been banned, but everything I've said before should validate that we were not the same person.

In the time I've been living with him, he has not once used my account. I have my own computer, which is password protected and only accessible by myself. As far as I know, he has not made another account or had any sythe connection with mine since the trade years ago. There have been times where I've purchased things on behalf of him (such as account upgrades), but never a time where he's done it for himself via my account.

I've been with sythe for a few years now, and in that time I've done only legitimate trades and have tried to be as honest and clean as one possibly can be. I've got a successful torso thread and have only done good business, with over 20 vouches on that thread to support this.

I'm asking for a high pardon for myself, in hopes that the above explained everything that is required to make it happen.

In my opinion a TWC or a market ban would not be necessary, seeing as I am clean and legitimate, with never once scamming or anything like that, but the main point here is I'd like to be back in the sythe community.

I wasn't sure whether or not to post this in High Pardon or Dispute a Ban because I understand that we vouched each other (as explained, I disregarded it after knowing better), but at the same time the actual ban reason wasn’t appropriate to my case.
