Making a picture go to a link when clicking

In this forum, how would i make a picture go to a link when clicking it? I keep trying all these codes and they won't work.

 

Click the insert image icon, enter the url of the image there

So for example, Sythe.org is the url of the image therefore you type sythe.org into that bar and you should get this: (without the spaces though otherwise it wouldnt let me demonstrate it for you.

After youve done that, highlight the "" and click the insert link icon and put the link in there that you want to be linked with the picture and your done.

So if you want to link YOUR vouches with the text "Noobkillerahs Vouches" you would do this..

Type the text: Noobkilerahs Vouches

Highlight it and then click the insert link icon and put the url of your vouch thread into the bar and your done.
