    Explanation of the trade: We agreed to do 2 quivers, 1 infernal cape and fang kit for $104.28, told me to pay and he would start i have paid the money and after 1 day still nothing. He has now removed me from friends list and blocked me.

    @Zulu yes its his worker but no this time the trade was not conducted through mrshaco server there was mis comunications.

    The full discord conversations between @Uncritabul and @MiguelRsn2003 and @Uncritabul and @MrshacoStore OsRs are in a deleted post above for staff.


    To clarify this situation for everyone else-

    @MiguelRsn2003 - you provided @Uncritabul the price, accepted the payment and blocked him. You only refunded @Uncritabul after being confronted by your boss.

    @Uncritabul has made further accusations that the wealth on his account has been removed as well. While @MiguelRsn2003 could have had access to the account due to the prior service, there would be no way for staff to determine who removed the wealth, so @MiguelRsn2003 will not be held liable for it.

    However, it is evident that @MiguelRsn2003 was attempting to scam @Uncritabul by promising him that the service would be started the day of the payment but instead blocked him on discord after receiving the payment.


    @MiguelRsn2003 has been issued a 1 month ban as punishment for attempting to scam and the DNT will remain. You will need to Request a Pardon to return to the market.
