Fake ones dont come in legit packaging. They come in discoloured boxes, the red is pink and the black is grey.

 

These beats are fake, look how thin that plastic is... I own 2 pairs and the plastic is about twice as thick... good try

Thank God finally someone normal. Yeah i was thinking it was overpriced, but looking at the Recommened Retail Prices (RRP) being around 499$ in Harvery Norman or any other big name electronic brands, i thought they were quite cheap. I have these going off on other forums as well but i might lower it again if no one offers.

 

RRP isn't something that is realistic, you can't go by it. Search out current Market price and judge what is low and what is high for it. Very nice headphones though.

 

Thanks, yeah I know what you mean. eBay sell them for around that price, but the pictures they provide are just ones off google. I understand RRP is the price big name brands can sell at because you can pretty much trust these guys and lodging complaints/refunds are much easier. But comparing my prices to them make my prices look good
