High pardon for Ellusiv

I am currently banned for "Questionable/Illegal activity on ***********" I do admit I was talking about illegal stuff but it's also not listed in the rules. Also I wasn't talking about it here on sythe because illegal activity isn't allowed here and is the reason I took it too another forum. I have ceased all phishing operations. I wish to be pardoned on my actions because I was a active member for over a year and gained the trust of many members here with maybe one hiccup were I was reported for scamming by a person that I caught scamming others and he was sick of me spamming his threads with trade with caution warnings and providing what proof I had, I didn't report the user because I didn't believe I had sufficient proof to get him banned in the first place.

When I tried appealing my ban last time I got this.
