Does this work for phats/masks even of the new update?

 

If you know how to get them to skull or if they are risking a phat/mask without a skull. They are most likely going to keep 3 items, but since you can lure anyone from any part of the map you can just go for someone with tons of stackable items on them. I know I collected almost 150k natures before I moved onto staking.

This lure could easily get someone with 2.1b cash stack if you want to focus on luring rich people. Even people that aren't generally stupid enough to fall for lures like pub lures, chin lure etc... are going to fall victim to this lure.

 

I'm interested, is there a special way you get them to follow/accept?
or is it just fake drop parties on foreign worlds?

 

No this works well in English worlds and doesn't involve gathering bunches of people or drop parties. You single at the person you want to lure and eventually it ends with them being tricked into going to the Ice Plateau.

 

The OGV team has verified this guide. Like most lures, it may take some luck to execute successfully, but it definitely has promise to succeed with enough patience.
